Reflections is a National PTA arts recognition Program that helps students explore their own thoughts, feelings and ideas, develop artistic literacy, increase confidence, and find  love for learning that will help them become more successful not only in school, but in life.

Following students from KG through 5th grade submitted their creative entries in several art categories:

Visual Art: Ian Frandsen, Minette Lee, Frankie Maier, Tanvi Varangaonkar, Malik Sebbane, and David De La Cruz

All the entries were judged by local expert artists and received sufficient scores to move to the next level - PTA Council. We are wishing all of them the best of luck in selection process to the State level.

A special “Thank You” to the judges who devoted their time and shared their expertise: Rockory Music School, Creative Hands Art School, Ms. Glassburn (Sandburg’s Elementary Librarian), Ms. Luna – Artist, Ms. Churchill (Finn Hill Middle School English Teacher), and LaVida Dance Studio.

Copies of students art work are exhibited at the school inside the PTA display next to the office.

Thank you for supporting and encouraging your students to participate.
